The story of Lagom candles began in 1970 when Mr. Jens Andersen, an enterprising and adventurous man, started experimenting in his kitchen. His innovative spirit led him to discover that the value of raw materials could be significantly increased when transformed into beautiful candles. As demand grew, he expanded from his humble beginnings in an old dairy to a larger facility on Hedevej in Løgumkloster, Denmark, in 1977.

Recognizing the potential to blend functionality with artistry, Mr. Andersen ventured into creating not just candles but also applied art and interior products. Today, Lagom continues to embody this philosophy, offering products that reflect quality craftsmanship and timeless design.
